About the Workplace

We offer a large clinic located high up with a beautiful view of the roof ridges at Sveavägen 82. Our team includes six treatment rooms, three dentists, four dental hygienists, three dental nurses, a receptionist, and a clinic coordinator. We utilize modern technology such as the 3Shape Trios scanner, digital X-rays, and OPG.

Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include standard reception duties such as answering phones, handling payments, and assisting with scheduling. You are the face of the practice and will ensure that patients feel welcome, both in person and over the phone. We are looking for someone who is also interested in assisting dentists and helping out in the sterile area when needed.

Qualifications

A dental education is not a requirement, as we place great emphasis on personality. Previous experience in reception work and an interest in dental assisting are considered merits. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, have a strong sense of service, and enjoy going the extra mile for our patients.

Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and professional. You have good teamwork skills and a friendly attitude towards both patients and colleagues.

Additional Information

This is a hourly position with a workload of 35–40 hours per week. Interviews are conducted continuously during the application period, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. We offer a wellness benefit of 5,000 SEK per year.
